The annual meeting is held each year to give members a chance to attend presentations and seminars tailored to specific segments of the architectural industry. Members must register and provide payment to reserve their seats in each session across the multi-day event with session availability and the fee structure are determined by the member type. Payments may be processed online or mailed in and may cover more than one registration and are affected by discount promotional codes are distributed to specific members. A member can change their registration multiple times within a specified window with automatic billing or refund of the difference in price. Executive members can manage all of the details for any registration in their region. An administrative backend provides internal employees the ability to manage the session details and fee structure as well as create reports for event planning. This application is enhanced with new features and functionality each year to support the ever-changing approach to the meeting’s structure.
