Courier shipment request and status tracking portal with administration interface package status management

Administration interface to manage client accounts and generate notifications
User interface for clients to request new packages and report shipment status
New accounts may be created by administer for client access. Clients login with account information to request new courier shipment with email confirmation. Administrator monitors auto-updated dispatch screen or email account for arrival of new pickup requests. When delivery status is updated by the dispatcher an email with the updated information is generated and sent to the user who initiated the shipment request.
