Description:

MILO is a customer and subscription database system optimized to streamline the flow of information within the organization. The contact management functions allow for the structuring of subscription contacts in logical groups and physical locations within their respective organization's account. Personal profiles for each contact allow email and snail mail preferences to be stored and updated by the sales agent management that contact's account. All correspondences between a sales agent and any contact are automatically persisted in the system as historical documentation. Future reminders and follow-ups can be created from any communication to assist the sales agent with the management of their accounts. Each organization's account may be assigned multiple unique subscriptions to one or more of the companies published products. Subscriptions may be enabled or disabled for each logical group within the account. Groups and contacts may be assigned individual logins and passwords.
