Description:
Nurses enter contact, education, employment, licensure and certification information and may complete skills checklists to describe their level of ability in various medical processes. The welcome page shows each user the various completion progress of each checklist so that nurses can realize and complete checklist additions and changes. A downloadable PDF may be generated containing all collected information as well as one for each completed checklist for easy archiving and distribution.
A web-based administrative system exists for the administration of skills checklist categories and items. Additions and changes to each checklist may be performed without the hindrance of website code changes (ie: in real-time by end-user). A nurse search engine with location, licensure, certification and checklist filters exists for website reporting.
