Description:
SubFax is a product designed to aid and assist the estimating or bidding department of any firm that communicates to a collection of subcontractors. Since most subs still depend of legacy technology and are slow to embrace new technologies such, as e-mail, most of the communications are sent or received via fax or phone. The product streamlines the process of sending a fax to multiple recipients as well as allowing the estimators to record information specific to the bidding process. An addition benefit of tracking this information in a database is that it is not only easy to recall at a later date, but also provides a source for data mining; the process of researching and reviewing the results of past experiences in order to better the future experiences.
